Turn sharing on for your account as the default for all your units, or choose per unit when you list it.

Automatic matching
Every new broker request is compared with shared units: transaction type, use, location, unit type, budget, area and bedrooms.

Direct contact
Both sides get a platform notification and a WhatsApp message with the other party's details, the request and the offered unit.
You decide what is shared
Sharing is entirely optional; you can turn it off for the account or exclude a specific unit at any time.
Network details for members only
Requests, matches and contact details appear only inside members' accounts, never to visitors.

Who can join?
Independent brokers, brokerages, developer sales teams and owners with an advertiser profile on Guide Estate. Create your professional profile in the advertiser portal and, once approved, turn on Guide Share from your account.
- Sharing means your unit is sent to any broker requesting its specifications, and their details and request are sent to you.
- A match only opens the conversation; any commission is agreed in writing between the parties.
